EmpowerMood is NOT a medical device, a licensed healthcare provider, or a substitute for professional psychiatric diagnosis, medical treatment, or clinical intervention.
2. Crisis Situations & Emergency Disclaimers
EmpowerMood does NOT provide emergency monitoring or immediate crisis intervention services. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm impulses, or a life-threatening medical emergency, you must immediately contact emergency services (911 in the United States) or the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing or texting 988.
3. User Account & Security Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device authentication and encryption credentials. Because EmpowerMood utilizes client-side zero-knowledge encryption, losing your private recovery key may permanently prevent recovery of archived historical graphs.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All proprietary algorithms, agent orchestrations, Wellbeing Graph schema definitions, and visual interface assets are owned by EmpowerMood Inc. and protected under applicable trademark and copyright laws.
