1. Foundational Pledge
EmpowerMood was engineered on a non-negotiable premise: internal psychological dialogue and mental health reflections belong solely to the patient. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal distress reflections or biometric signals to any third-party advertising networks, employers, or insurance providers.
2. Client-Side Encryption & Key Custody
Your Wellbeing Graph and journal logs are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Cryptographic keys remain on your authenticated device. Even in the event of a subpoena or server-side breach, raw reflection thoughts cannot be decrypted without your private key.
3. Memory Auditability & The Right to Forget
Unlike conventional AI systems that bury data into permanent opaque vector spaces, EmpowerMood structures memories into an explicit graph. You have the unilateral right to audit, modify, or permanently erase individual memory nodes or your entire history at any time.
4. Clinical Sharing & SMART on FHIR
Sharing your 1-page Clinician Brief with a therapist or doctor is 100% voluntary and patient-initiated. You review the exact brief and can redact specific entries before generating an encrypted link or exporting a PDF.
